Dimit Architects designed Park Monroe, in the Victorian Village neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio.
Park Monroe transformed the former Thurber Village shopping center into a dynamic mixed-use project. The project is anchored by two new retail buildings, a 13,000 square foot CVS and a 21,000 square foot Lucky’s Market.
The development includes a 225-unit apartment building with structured parking. The ground floor features an open lobby and coworking area that includes private meeting rooms and collaborative workstations. Additional building amenities include an outdoor heated pool, pickleball courts and a spacious community room with a kitchen and bar.
Park Monroe was recently recognized by the readers of Columbus Business First with “Best Neighborhood Impact” honor at their Building Columbus Awards.
