Our project with CASTO, The Dexter, is a 116-unit mixed-use apartment building under construction in the Franklin Circle area of Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood. When complete, the project will enhance the pedestrian experience in the neighborhood, which is one of Cleveland’s most dynamic and walkable areas- full of local restaurants, retail and outdoor recreation options.
We’re happy to say the newest Mitchell's Homemade Ice Cream is currently under construction in Westlake, Ohio and on schedule to open this summer. The new location will feature an inviting patio, abundant landscaping and environmentally-friendly features such as the roof which will harvest rainwater for use in the bathrooms.
