Welleon, in Cleveland’s Detroit Shoreway neighborhood, is an activated and energized mixed-use development. Located on Detroit Avenue in the heart of the Gordon Square Arts District, the project includes 122 apartments situated around a central public courtyard, tenant amenities including a fitness room and rooftop pool, nearly 14,000 sq. ft. of retail, and a 98-space below-grade parking structure. The mid-rise project is seven stories of post-tension concrete construction.
