Congratulations to the Levin Group and Metro West, whose Northern Ohio Blanket Mills project won $3.4 million in Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits. The former industrial complex is located in Cleveland’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood and was at one time one of the world’s largest manufacturers of woolen horse blankets and carriage robes. The project has also been awarded Federal tax credits.

The complex will be redeveloped into a mixed-use project that includes 60 affordable apartments and 40,000 square feet of office space.
