The $17 million rehabilitation of the 216 apartments includes new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint & finishes, HVAC systems and important infrastructure such as a new sprinkler fire suppression system.
A new community center has been built which houses the already robust resident services program that includes financial literacy programs, adult cooking classes, back-to-school activities, holiday parties and youth support programs and sports.
