The design for this three bedroom “mountain contemporary”-style home was inspired by the clients’ love of the vistas and architecture of Colorado, the location of their alternate vacation residence. The house features a spacious ground floor master suite, ample kitchen and entertaining spaces, and a covered central terrace space to facilitate outdoor dining and living.

Exterior cladding includes cement stucco, dimensional douglas fir beams and trim, natural stone, and areas of grey-toned standing seam metal roof. Interior design services were provided by “W Design” of Chagrin Falls, and construction of the residence was completed by Larry Bloch Builders in 2012.
