One University Circle is a 533,000 square foot, 20-story luxury apartment building in Cleveland’s University Circle neighborhood.

The terra cotta-clad apartment tower features 276 new apartment units with a high level of amenities not previously offered at a large scale in the neighborhood.

Apartments have hardwood floors, quartz countertops, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and outdoor balconies with dramatic views of Downtown Cleveland, Lake Erie and University Circle institutions such as the Cleveland Museum of Art, Case Western Reserve University and Severance Hall- home of the Cleveland Orchestra.

On the 20th-floor is a 2,100-square foot “sky lounge” with a 413-square foot outdoor deck. The sky lounge connects to a second amenity deck, the “UC Lounge”, via a 23-foot glass nana wall. The UC Lounge features a chef’s kitchen and a modern linear fireplace.

Additional offerings for residents include concierge service, a heated parking garage, bicycle storage, dog park, a fitness center and wellness studios, and an outdoor pool deck with private cabanas and fire pits.

Residents and visitors to One University Circle enter through a grand two-story lobby with mezzanine. The lobby features a custom, water-cut steel decorative screen wall, Sapele wood wall, coffered ceiling and terrazzo floors. Dimit Architects worked with local designer Jason Wein of Cleveland Art to create custom light fixtures.

One University Circle is certified LEED Silver, it was developed by First Interstate Properties and Petros Development Corp. and constructed by Panzica Construction.
