Originally constructed in 1872, this Second Empire-style brick mansion was converted in 1910 for use as an Odd Fellows Brotherhood meeting hall. The Chesler Group purchased the building in 2007 and commissioned the restoration and renovation to provide a new headquarters for the GAR Foundation. Exterior restoration included repair of the stone base and brick exterior walls, repair of windows, new paint finishes, and repairs to the front entry.

The original Odd Fellows Hall at Andrew Jackson House was converted into an elegant multi-use meeting space which facilitates executive conference gatherings, panel board, and ballroom events with a capacity of 120 persons. The existing paneled walls and elaborate cove moldings were restored and a new open stair was added to connect the grand space with the rest of the GAR Foundation executive offices.
